Soil Cultivation

The foundation for the quality of our wines is our fertile soil. It provides the vine with an optimal composition of oxygen, water and nutrients. For this to function properly, the soil needs to have a great amount of pores. These are created by the rooting of herbage and legumes.

Every spring we seed new plants to complement the cultivation. By opening the soil we give the seeds enough place to sprout. It then remains to continuously observe the development of the new plants.
