The first 2011 vintage wines have been bottled. After seperating the yeast in January the wines are stabilized and will continue to ferment in the bottles. For bottling we use a fully automated machine which, after being cleaned by hand, sterilizes the reused bottles. It then pushes the oxygen out by filling the bottles with carbondioxide and slowly fills them with wine. This state-of-the-art technology preservs the flavouring agents and enables highest quality.
After a long cold winter these young and lively wines make us look forward to spring time. Especially last years favourite, the Spätburgunder-Rosé is highly anticipated. We are already looking forward to uncorking the first bottles of a top vintage with you and are curious of your oppinion.
