This week we began working on a new project at our buildings. In 1975 my parents built a tasting room to present their vines in an accommodating atmosphere. Since then our standard and that of our wines have increased steadily. Today our goal is to compete not only with regional or national producers, but also on an international level. As our customers suggest, our own Scholtes brand is a step into this direction. By turning the old tasting room into an elegant vinotheque we want to strengthen our profile.
Before we can begin construction and start to decorate we have to tear down and clear the old tasting area. After that the builders will do their work — and hopefully by May the vinotheque is ready to welcome our guests.
