Unusual, but not abnormal. That is what meteorologists say about the current weather. Due to the continuous stream of cold ear from the east, temperatures rarely exceed 10°C during the day and the ground freezes at night. But fortunately, these conditions do not harm the vines. The buds are still tightly closed and protect the sprout from ice and snow.
Nevertheless we are slowly growing tired of this long and cold winter. Just sitting in the sun, feeling its warmth and enjoying a glass of Riesling. That is what we wish for now.
March is at its end, and even meteorologists have never heard of winter in April. So we brightly await spring.
